2.75 inch tux bows are a good sized bow for toddlers and younger children. The bows are attached to alligator clips with teeth that grip the hair really well and stay in place. The ribbon has the Russia flag printed on it but several countries also use the same colours for their flag including Slovakia , Slovenia and Siberia.
